Monday - Swim - Rainbow, Epsom - 7.45pm (£6.50)
Tuesdays and Thursdays - Run - we encourage running with Epsom Oddballs, Horton Lane - 7pm, there is a £10 annual charge for this facility, details at http://www.epsomoddballs.org/club.php
Wednesday - Run/Bike/Run - Horton Park - 6.45pm (£5) Summer only
Sat/Sun - most weeks - Rides, Runs, Swims - Horton Park - 8.30am (£free)
